Functional Analyst Senior

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an Agile technology team supporting Finance & Risk

Reporting processes within a financial services environment.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and IT, translating requirements into functional

analyses and supporting the development of applications used for financial reporting, profitability

analysis, ALM, liquidity reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.

• Coordinate testing activities and collaborate with business users and development teams.

• Analyze incidents, perform impact assessments, and propose solutions.

• Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

• Coordinate small projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Contribute to process improvements and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in the banking or financial sector.

• Strong SQL knowledge (minimum 5 years).

• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Risk Reporting, ALM, or Credit Risk.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
