Data and AI Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Project Manager to help define and implement a data-

driven strategy that supports the organization’s long-term business objectives.

In this role, you will lead data and AI initiatives from concept to delivery, helping transform data into

actionable insights, innovative services, and measurable business value. You will play a key role in

fostering a data-driven culture while identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and AI

technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Identify and propose data and AI initiatives aligned with business strategy.

• Build business cases and assess the expected value and ROI of projects.

• Define, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of data and AI projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Support change management and drive user adoption of new solutions.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Define project KPIs and success metrics.

• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to measure project impact and business value.

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

• Translate analytical findings into concrete recommendations and business actions.

• Monitor adoption and continuously optimize delivered solutions.

Data & AI Strategy

• Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Promote the adoption of data and AI best practices.

• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and AI innovations.

• Share insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing data-driven projects.

• Strong knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement.

• Good understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.

• Hands-on knowledge of leading Generative AI tools and solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an asset.

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong advantage.
