Within a newly established IAM Excellence & Governance team, the focus is on strengthening

Identity & Access Management processes, controls, and collaboration between business and IT

teams. The team supports multiple business lines in improving governance, efficiency, and security

maturity.

• Provide training, awareness, and clear communication regarding IAM policies, tools, and best

Job Description

Through your analysis and follow-up, you actively contribute to the optimization of Identity & Access

Management (IAM) controls, processes, and procedures, with a strong focus on efficiency,

compliance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of operational processes and identify optimization opportunities.

• Contribute to an optimal user experience by critically evaluating, improving, and enhancing

processes.

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Identity teams.

• Identify and structure IAM controls requiring improvement and translate them into concrete

action plans for each business line.

• Gather and structure the needs of colleagues impacted by IAM controls and translate them

into clear communication and training plans.

• Support and coordinate projects from analysis through implementation.

• Ensure alignment among all stakeholders and maintain structured follow-up.

• Identify and address issues proactively, communicate progress transparently, and support

the effective implementation of controls.

• Work independently while coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders.

Profile

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

• Experience with IAM processes and IAM controls/KPIs

• Knowledge of ISMS and ISO 27001

• Experience with BPMN process modeling

• Basic knowledge of DORA regulations

Soft Skills

• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Seniority Level

• Medior level for IAM, ISMS, ISO 27001, and BPMN-related expertise
