Client is looking for a Domain Architect with strong focus on Infrastructure. Domain such as
Datacenter, Virtualization, Backup & Recovery, Networking, OS Technologies will be the primary
focus. Knowledge within other domain such as Cloud, Workplace and Database infrastructures are a
welcome plus.
The ability to work structured and autonomously, manage stakeholders as well as create high level
designs is expected.
For strategic files the candidate must be capable to also create clear presentations for a variety of
stakeholders at different levels.

Must-have technische kennis:
Datacenter- en serverarchitectuur (blade/rack, on-prem + hybride)
Virtualisatie: VMware vSphere/vCenter; containerplatformen (Docker, Kubernetes, bij voorkeur ook OpenShift)
Backup & Recovery: enterprise backup-tooling (Veeam, Commvault, IBM Spectrum Protect of gelijkaardig) en DR/BCP-architectuur (RPO/RTO-design)
Networking: enterprise routing/switching (Cisco), load balancing, firewalling/segmentatie, netwerkzonering in een gereguleerde (bank)omgeving
OS-technologieën: Linux (RHEL), Windows Server; affiniteit met IBM mainframe-concepten (z/OS, z/CX, CICS) is een sterke plus, aangezien Belfius nog een mainframe-omgeving onderhoudt (beheerd door Kyndryl)
Nice-to-have / secundaire domeinen:
Cloud-architectuur: Azure (IaaS/PaaS, landing zones, Azure DevOps-integratie)
Workplace-architectuur: VDI/Citrix, Microsoft 365, endpoint management
Database-infrastructuur: Oracle (on-prem, RAC/HA), Azure SQL
Architectuur- en soft skills:
Ervaring met enterprise-architectuurraamwerken (TOGAF of gelijkaardig)
Autonoom en gestructureerd kunnen werken aan high-level designs
Sterke stakeholdermanagement-vaardigheden op meerdere niveaus (technisch tot executive)
Vermogen om strategische dossiers te vertalen naar heldere presentaties voor diverse doelgroepen (Visio/PowerPoint)
